1. Acceptance of Terms

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms of Use shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts in Chennai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

All disputes shall be referred to an Arbitrator mutually appointed and the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall apply.
